Please check out our latest paper in Cell Reports describing the mechanism for FGF21-mediated reversal of obesity. We identified that the hindbrain (NTS/AP) and NOT the hypothalamus is the target for FGF21 to decrease body weight. cell.com/cell-reports/fullte…

This was not a planned co-submission but it is cool that our papers are complimentary and came out at the same time.

How is this “hiding out”? 5 got lined up and checked with side judge a full yard inside the sideline. No players or others on the 2 yard boundary zone. DB’s got caught up jawing with 4 and lost track of 5. Poor execution and coaching by AU. Own it!
The main issue is the NCAA rulebook does not define what a “hideout tactic” constitutes. That’s the argument I would use if I’m OU. And if the officials do not want this to happen again, the rulebook should be updated with a clear definition of a “hideout tactic”.

According to a source, in its regular pregame meeting with game officials, the OU staff brought up the planned play (Sategna TD) and sought confirmation it was legal. @NEWS9

If this is deceptive hiding, I have to assume the Jason Bourne movies were based on real life Isaiah Sategna.

Ok, serious question. I know I’m not the first person to say this, but why do people, particularly scientists, refuse to update the pictures of themselves on social media and or websites? I think I’m going to start posting “then versus now” pictures of people…

If this is strictly true then it will devastate discovery science in fields like endocrinology and metabolism where there are no meaningful substitutes for physiological studies in whole mammals that can genetically modified in a tissue specific and temporally controlled manner
NIH no longer award funding to new grant proposals solely relying on animal testing. drugdiscoverytrends.com/nih-…
