The cooler, wetter weather put a few regulars off this mornings @hmyoifeltham @parkrunUK but it was perfect for 5 participants pushing for PBβs. We also had half a dozen come and do a few laps with the aim of building up to a 5k. Still the best way to start the weekend @potts70π§‘

π½οΈWe recently welcomed in @apavementaway, a charity that supports prisoners to find jobs in the hospitality industry.
Their workshop covered interview prep, financial support available & training. All aimed at helping prisoners reintegrate back into society upon release.
