this is seriously what happened in #CosplayMatsuri2025.
my brother and I spent 30 minutes just disassembling and creasing the standee so it folds in half without snapping.
it's stored safe now. No stand and a very obvious crease line, but all in one piece!
never again tho.

I've used Arch Linux for a solid while now. Started with bare Arch, then CachyOS, then Omarchy. Every single one of my installs was borked by an update.
After the last Omarchy update which broke IntelliJ for me, I decided it was time to move on from Arch.

It is so deeply bothering that people like you are reducing the image of EDSA 1 into that of a violent one. The Marcos regime was indeed violent; thousands were killed and oppressed. But WE Filipinos own the People Power Revolution, and WE advocated for PEACE throughout it. (1/?)

EDSA 1 was not at all peaceful, people lost their lives. And even more people lost their lives prior to EDSA 1 🤡 Pwede ba, wag niyong nire revise yung history.

You are conflating disruptive with violent. Protests can disruptive without being violent. Sept. 21st was a call-to-action, not a revolution.

To give further context, nations themselves protest against others not by violent means (unless they mean to go to war), but through other DISRUPTIVE methods, such as tariffs and sanctions.
Another example: The IMF can disrupt a country's economic standing by cutting off loans.
