thanks to several users' investigations, we've been able to apply a fix (delisting a certain cipher that was part of the "ban" criteria being enforced).
russian users should be able to connect again. thanks for your patience.

it looks like russia may have blocked the cloudflare internet (including osu!). it's likely not targeted at blocking osu! specifically, but there's not much we can do right now..

nvm lol cloudflare says "sorry but $200/month plan isn't enough money for it to be our issue"
we'll probably have to wait for it to be fixed from russia/ISP's end.

for those "completionists" or "farmers" on osu! still tracking ranked score / unique beatmaps played, what are your favourite stats to track?
shoot me some proposals for how a metric like this should work. something like
sum(score / max_score) / score_count ss/s/a totals
