Hi @flyspicejet at Port Blair airport. Flight delayed by 2 hours. We booked this flight by paying 12k extra because we wanted to reach earlier which is not happening, now the staff at the airport is asking for money for 1.5 kg of extra baggage.
Shouldn’t you be compensating?
Hi @porterit_ its been 5 days since my parcel is pending because the mobile number where the OTP is going needs to be changed.
It has taken 12 calls to porter team and after 4 days i still get the it will be changed in 24-48 hours response.
@help_delhivery is doing the drop.
So this is a workflow problem.
Every time the parcel goes out, the team cannot update the number but by evening when they can, nobody is bothered to close the ticket.
So next day - same thing happens.
@porterit_ and @help_delhivery need better ops for shared workflows!

-Took alternate flight on indigo
-Been following up with your customer care for 2 months to get 9k miles refunded
-Wasted cumulatively 80 mins of my life

I have already escalated this with club Vistara customer care but havent found a solution. Why don’t you check with your care staff Ms Prathima who is handling my case and dispose off quickly?
Hi @airvistara Pratima just called and said your airport staff is saying I was "No show", probably to save their skin because they refused to upgrade us. she claims she can't refund the 9k miles. I will be taking this to consumer court if not resolves! UNACCEPTABLE!!
We are late to the airport because @BlrCityPolice decided VIP time is more important and shut down airport flyovers.

State of @AppleSupport in India,
1. Phone screen has 3 strips of colour that appeared after the phone overheated
2. Apple support sends to iCare (ample technologies) in Forum Mall
3. I prebook appointment but since the have delayed previous appointments, I wait for 30 mins
Note - 10.30 - 7 PM are the official timings, impossible to make it as a working professional.
9. I go 3 days later - they make me wait 60 more mins to tell me my phone is NOT READY
After sales is broken I know but we pay ALOT to apple for that one thing.
After-sales for @Apple in India is fully broken but it doesn't care.
Their authorised service centres are essentially a scam.
1. Bad service
2. Poor infrastructure
3. Costly
4. Not at all customer friendly
But as usual the consumer has little say when it's a behemoth!
3. For 2 days I didn't hear back from Qatar airways on what happened to my cancellation request.
4. Today I contacted customer care and they have nonchalantly mentioned that qatar will be deducting $140
What's the refuge for redressal for customers?
Why would @qatarairways not abide by the "terms" mentioned on their own ticket and blame it on "policy"?
