2023 is almost in the books
Here's your plan for making 2024 the year you get in the best shape of your life (all you have to do is bookmark this list and then execute):
-Phone down by 9pm
-In bed by 10pm, no exceptions
-Up by 6am
-Skip breakfast, drink coffee instead
-Eat 2 meals/day, with 50g whole food protein each
-Eat 30g carbs before and after training (that's IT)
-Eat veggies at every meal to feel more full
-Zero snacking between meals
-Zero calories after last meal
-Have water on hand for every time you get a food craving
-Lift 3-4 times per week for volume
-Get 10k steps per day, every day, no excuses
That's it.
Do that every day for 3 months. If you miss a day, just make sure you don't miss the next day.
