I love that we are growing the game but how many casuals are actually thinking this is “suspension” worthy.

Might be in the minority here, but I think what we're seeing is a toe-pick at the worst possible timing that leads to the leg swinging out of control as he tries to regain balance. I don't think this is manslaughter or worthy of adding further grief to this incident.
