@pride_ebi team is working on a new API endpoint version v3 with multiple functionalities for streaming metadata. v2 of the API will be retired in January 2025. ebi.ac.uk/pride/ws/archive/v…

Release day at @pride_ebi. We released the possibility to visualize & retrieve spectra using USIs for private submissions. ebi.ac.uk/pride/archive/usi. You can now put in the supplementary information USIs to your novel claims: peptides, PTMs, SAAVs & the reviewer can check them.
