There’s a lot of issue in that industry.
Landlords don’t want to have anything to do with it.
Many agents depend on inspection fees.
Agents want to be in control.
Property managers don’t mind having it if it means sale.
I would expect that big properties in too cities in Nigeria adopt it already, but they also haven’t.
Human empowerment remains the most important employment in our society. Building the humans that build the society is crucial. Together we achieve more.

A client came to us convinced they needed Delta Lake.
They believed Delta was the better technology
But in data engineering, the best decision
• The analytics layer became stable
• The client could finally trust the numbers
And most importantly, the client was happy.
Here’s the real lesson:
Good architecture beats tool preference every time.
Delta Lake is powerful.
Iceberg is powerful too.
The right question is not, “Which one is better?”
The right question is, “Which one fits the ecosystem, workload, and business need?”
That is where real engineering starts

Many data analysts spend most of their time building reports and dashboards.
That’s useful, but it’s not the real job.
The real job is understanding the business well enough to identify what actually matters.
This is where many analysts, and many businesses, get it wrong.

Businesses face the same challenge. They collect data, generate reports, and track dozens of numbers, yet still struggle to answer simple questions like:
➡️ Are we performing well?
➡️ What should we focus on next?
➡️ What actually drives revenue and growth?
The problem isn’t lack of data. It’s lack of clarity.

Here’s how the pyramid works:
▶ Metrics are everything you can measure.
Daily active users, impressions, likes, clicks, tickets resolved. Useful, but noisy.
If you want your business to thrive, start by identifying the top metrics that drive success connect them to your KPIs and OKRs.
What are the key metrics your business tracks today?
Share them in the comments, and follow for more practical insights on data, analytics, and AI.
▶ KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are the metrics that truly matter.
They reflect performance against what the business cares about most.
▶ OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) define where the business is going.
They connect KPIs to clear goals and outcomes.
