My own translation of कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन मा कर्मफलहेतुर्भूर्मा ते सङ्गोऽस्त्वकर्मणि is
The only right you have is the right to work, never rights to fruits of your work.
Work without thinking of fruits. And don't rest ever.
Caste system depends on this
