AIPC | LGBTQIA Domain Don Hasar, National Coordinator for Community Engagement & Movement Building, LGBTQIA Domain, All India Professionals’ Congress, held a constructive meeting with Gokul Butail, Principal Advisor to the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh in Palampur today. Discussions centred on transgender rights, recent legislative developments, constitutional values, and strengthening institutional pathways that protect dignity, equality, and access to justice for the community in the state. Mx. Hasar spoke to Mr. Butail about the recent amendments to the Transgender Act, and handed him a copy of the LGBTQIA Domain's Brief for elected representatives of the Indian National Congress on the matter. They both resolved to find a path forward for the community in Himachal Pradesh. @mleccha
