Growth doesn't fix this. It exposes it. Pakistan: $14B → $20B ecommerce market. The operations layer needs to scale too. Building it. 🔒

Because every tool they had could display the data. Not one of them could think with it automatically. That layer is missing. We're building it. 🔒

The data exists in their database. The orders exist in their system. What doesn't exist is the layer that acts on it automatically. That's what we're building. Stay close. 🔒

Day 9/100 BIP been a little quiet lately. honestly… a lot happening behind the scenes. currently building the AI agent dashboard for @proveintech’s first B2B micro SaaS. and this weekend has been rough. so many decisions to think through because one wrong move can completely change the product direction. building is exciting. but people don’t talk enough about how mentally heavy decision-making can get. still moving forward.

Day 4/100 of buildinpublic. big realization today: a pretty UI ≠ a converting product. so we rebuilt the product direction around one thing: clarity. we simplified everything: calmer colors less cognitive load fewer distractions clearer story flow The goal? Make the product feel trustworthy and obvious in under 30 seconds. Simple > flashy. always. PS: meet my co-builder wahaj ↓
