Hundreds of thousands of you unleashed your creativity on Replit Agent this weekend -- completely free. Our infrastructure handled ~4× the usual load, with tens of thousands of agents running in parallel. A real test of our scale, and a powerful reminder of how passionate this community is. Thank you for building with us 🧡

Oh and one more thing... Hit me up if you're an infra engineer who wants to tackle interesting challenges in the hottest space. We are currently hiring in SF Bay Area. Funding secured.
We’ve raised $400M at a $9B valuation. Investors include Georgian, G Squared, Prysm, 1789, YC, Coatue, a16z, Craft, and QIA, with strategic investments from Accenture, Databricks, Okta, and Tether. We’re also lucky to have incredible individuals backing us, including Shaq and Jared Leto. This funding will help us scale our ambition and expand beyond coding into AI systems that center human creativity. Replit is now used at 85% of the Fortune 500. We have an opportunity to help shape the future of work. One where AI abstracts away the boring parts and humans shine as creative directors. We’re also investing more globally, particularly in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Innovation can come from anywhere in the world, and we want to help unlock it.

You've never vibe coded like this before. @replit is now your canvas for building & creating. In this video I'm building a graphics shader app. I click Replit's canvas button and see the live app running on infinite editable canvas, generate several design variants in parallel side by side, bring one back into my app. Just 1 of the things we shipped.

I just built a *functioning* React app by describing what I wanted to GPT-3. I'm still in awe.

So today was my last day at VMware. In the short time I've been here, I'm fortunate to have worked with a fantastic team and I've learnt a tonne! Going to miss all my VMware friends 😢, but also really excited to be moving onto something a little different in the new year 😀!!!
