Whenever I am out of cream cheese I make a simple glaze with powdered sugar, milk powder and vanilla extract. You can add water to reach your desired consistency.

Today I asked someone to wait for the next lift cause there were already 3 people in the lift, and they got offended. Why can’t people keep in mind that at this rate there’s a high chance they could be infected now and could pass it to someone who’s vulnerable!?
