For the past 9 months CPE has been organizing a multi-state coordinating body to accelerate geothermal deployment across the west, partnering with governor's energy offices in CO, UT, AZ and NM.

Housing finance agencies have a tremendous number of projects in the queue, but pretty limited resources to build them all.
What are some doing? Pulling projects that would otherwise wait in that long line, and moving them to the mixed-income fast lane—with no federal subsidy.
