So here is a tough pill to swallow, but something you need to learn while working in certain fields.
Sometimes your work, even if you've done it with your best intentions, may be not considered great by other colleagues and you need to take it as it is: unrequested feedback.

So with unrequested feedback, you can take the same options as with requested feedback: Accept it and try to learn from it or not accept it and assume they were not aware if your goals, context, etc.
Both of them are as good. Both of them show your ability to digest it.

Os recuerdo que de adolescentes todos hemos sido un poco gilipollas; lo que pasa es que no había TikTok y no se enteraba hasta el Tato de nuestros dramitas de mierda. Ahora (con suerte) hemos madurado. Seamos humildes y no nos cebemos con los adolescentes de ahora.
