Very rarely in sports does something happen in which I genuinely struggle to wrap my head around. Seeing a college kid going 3.28 in the 400IM at NCAAs is one such moment. I’m trying to even come up with another suitable analogy- it’s insane.

As the new year kicks off a ton of qs about data - analytics- gadgets. Answer: do you have capacity to focus on insights. Do you understand insights? Will insights lead to change in behavior etc? If not then a distraction. Focus on the boulders not the sand.
