Dean Winchester Words no 3 from Dead in The Water
Anyway. Well, maybe you don't think anyone will listen to you, or, uh...or believe you. I want you to know that I will.
"And I do my best to be brave"
Dean Winchester Words no 2 from Wendigo.
To Gina
"I think I know how you feel."
DEAN
"I mean, I figure our family's so screwed to hell, maybe we can help some others. Makes things a little bit more bearable."
DEAN
"You know, saving people, hunting things. The family business.
Dean Winchester Words no 1
"We save a lot of people doing it, too"
This is what is important to Dean, saving people despite the difficulties of the job.
So here goes... I am gonna call these posts Dean Winchester Words and seeing as I am already on episode 3 I am going to post the first three all today.I don't watch every day so they may not be daily.
I am thinking of doing a daily post along with my rewatch of one inspiring Dean quote a day from each episode as I watch it..... would you guys like that?
Such beautiful amber and gold tones were used for Mark..... the director of photography and the lighting team really nailed it bringing out Jensen's autumnal tones in his hair, skin and eyes highlighting his facial bone structure with flashes of gold light!
Bringing this back now we know that @JensenAckles had bonded so well with the dog Slater who was the Colonel that without his trainer, when he saw Jensen put his head out the window, he copied him... according to Tim Andrew the director.❤️
It's hard to sum up what Dead in the Water means to me..but here goes. . It encapsulates incredible camera shots,a dark and gritty palette, the most beautiful writing that gave Jared and Jensen scope to show us their guys, especially giving Jensen the chance to show how deep and
emotional and empathic Dean is. It's special to me because it was in this episode that I fell in love with Dean. It's special to me because I was able to tell Jensen what those " Lucas moments" meant to us and because Eric Kripke answered my tweet about how those moments came
about. Finally it's special to me because I know that Jensen was under water held down by divers, that he was genuinely worried about the little boy and because of all the emotions we see on our screen watching this masterpiece.💯
I'm on my night break. I've been waiting for the perfect time to rewatch a very important episode.Dead in the Water.1st I was too busy, yesterday I was too distracted by the con,the other day just too tired but now the time is perfect to give this episode the time it deserve♥️
Just listened to this week's ep of @SPNthenandnow with guest, director Tim Andrew. What a lovely interview about Dog Dean Afternoon. Loved hearing how the dog the Colonel bonded with Jensen and started copying him,how Jensen made everyone laugh as a dog and the crew's amazing work
