PvtPpr was one of the first to use this small width reading model for better on-phone reading so the output is the same for computer and mobile devices, mobile just drops off the excess width and the pc uses it as white space for focusing the reader to the text. Other sites like medium use a wider profile for the text so ads seem less intrusive but Pvtppr doesn't do ads like that and reader mode removes ads mimicing pvtppr completely!
