One of the worse service experience from @FernsNPetals. I order a birthday gift for someone and the @fernsnpuppies noida ruined the gift image. When I saw the item then I approached to @FernsNPetals team but are unable to help because I raised the issue after 5 days.

I ordered a product from @myntra but got different product and now I am trying to contact @myntra customer care but no luck they always say we have registered your request and will call you in next 40min but it's almost 5hours and still not received any call. Very bad service!
