Itโ€™s absolutely freezing in @Gails_Bakery Solihull. Swear itโ€™s colder in here than it is outside.

When Birmingham's politicians post about Black Sabbath today remind them that without venues like The Crown, Electric or Futurist (all closed) then chances of today's working class Brummies changing the world through art like Sabbath did are almost nonexistent. Demand they act.

Israel has dropped almost 75,000 bombs and shells on Gaza in 200 days, twenty times more than the US aimed at Iraq in six years of war. The world's 200 bloodiest days since the Rwandan genocide. Itโ€™s not war. Itโ€™s genocide.

A reminder that the โ€˜enormous costโ€™ of building the West Midlands Metro extension to Dudley is *half* the cost of ONE ROUNDABOUT in Bedfordshire.

Also whilst weโ€™re at it. Why have companies like @PrettyGreenltd @fredperry @Lyle_and_Scott opened outlets in the Birminghamโ€™s most ignored commercial route in Link Street then inevitably closed down. Footfall and presence are entirely different things.

Places like these thrive in Londonโ€™s Carnaby Street, the equivalent of Birminghamโ€™s Temple Street by way of presence and amount of passing trade.

Why havenโ€™t @slimchickensuk @joeandthejuice and the like opened city centre outlets in Birmingham? Why only in Grand Central tucked away? Itโ€™s like they donโ€™t want the money.

๐Ÿ‘๐ŸพTALK ๐Ÿ‘๐ŸพTO๐Ÿ‘๐ŸพTHEM๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ Iโ€™m sick and tired of how dark the streets are in the City Centre, itโ€™s embarrassing. How can leaders expect anyone to feel safe walking down streets like this?

Dimming street lights will damage our NTE and make people feel less safe when out in the evening. It also undermines Bhamโ€™s transport plan, which aims to encourage walking and cycling. Itโ€™s inexcusable, particularly when so many city centre streets are already effectively unlit.

Went to the Balloon Museum in Madrid last summer it was 19.50โ‚ฌ and a good laugh so I wanted to go whilst theyโ€™re in London. Just checked prices and itโ€™s THIRTY EIGHT POUNDS. Seriously, why is it ยฃ38.45?!!

If devolved administrations have been able to deliver something that central government canโ€™t maybe we should scrap central government.
Both @andy4wm & @AndyBurnhamGM deserve credit for this The current Govt plan of sending trains up west coast mainline wonโ€™t work unless trains are shorter than ones we use today, & there is a huge bill of upgrades We need a serious answer for #Manchester to #Brum. @KateEMcCann
