If I was a fulltime coach, the first thing I would do is reflect how their โI want to become the bestโ approach currently is and teach them time management.
Everything starts with discipline and hard work, most players are too lazy or burn themselves out by poor scheduling.

Most frustrating thing to see in the community is players 10 times more talented then me saying they want to go pro, but in reality not giving a damn shit about investing in improvement.
I didnโt make it as a pro, but atleast I learned how to work hard and not because of talent.
