Hahah, this is hilarious — Bitcoin influencers forced to explain quantum mechanics.
Jeff Booth, Jack Klucznik and Nicholas Marino perfectly explain how a Quantum threat to Bitcoin is "nonsense." "Bitcoin is the answer. Bitcoin is physics."

🚀 iQuHack is in full motion at @MIT ! ⚛️ Just wrapped up an amazing weekend here on campus. It was great to be back at my alma mater and see hundreds of students competing in the hackathon -- both on campus and across the world -- with top students solving hard peaked circuits puzzles. Huge congrats to the winners! 🏆 It is exciting to see the remarkable growth of the quantum community globally. A big thank you to the organizers for putting together such a great event. We will be back next year! 🔥

Today, Armenian Foreign Minister @AraratMirzoyan and I announced the Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity (TRIPP) Implementation Framework. It builds on the commitments of @POTUS’s historic peace summit just five months ago between Armenia and Azerbaijan. The TRIPP will unlock the South Caucasus’ potential in trade, transit, and energy flows—boosting prosperity and security throughout the region.

🚨: Google’s quantum chip solved in five minutes a problem that would take 10 septillion years. Physicists say it “proved” we live in a multiverse!

Every December since 2017, I've delivered a keynote at Q2B Silicon Valley, commenting on recent progress in quantum computing. Here is what I said this time. It's been a good year for quantum. quantumfrontiers.com/2025/12…

What a way to close out the year! 🚀 I’ve had an exhilarating couple of weeks engaging with some of the brightest minds in the quantum industry. It was a privilege to present @BlueQubitIO 's recent work on peaked circuits and the Quantum Advantage Challenge to the teams at @GoogleQuantumAI and @PsiQuantum , as well as at the Q2B conference. As we look toward the horizon, my conviction is stronger than ever: 🔹 2025 and 2026 will go down in history as years of Scientific Quantum Advantage. 🔹 It is clear that quantum computers have reached critical capabilities -- the ball is now in the court of algorithms experts to unlock their true potential. 🔹 The gap between quantum and classical will continue to grow exponentially over the next couple of years. 🔹 The race for Commercial Quantum Advantage is officially on. I am super excited about the upcoming quantum advantage projects @BlueQubitIO has in the pipeline. We are just getting started. 🔥

My team at @BlueQubitIO published a scientific article claiming a quantum advantage for peaked circuits (paper in the comments) 🔥 The goal of our approach is to make it crystal clear how quantum machines can reliably solve problems that are intractable even for the largest supercomputers on Earth (such as Colossus) ⚛️💻 To spice things up and to help build broad understanding and trust in quantum advantage, we are launching a challenge 🧠 🚀 🔐 Quantum Advantage Challenge: Beat a Quantum Computer & Win 0.25 BTC 🔷 Prize: 0.25 BTC (~$20,000) 🔷 Task: Solve 5 increasingly difficult peaked-circuit puzzles 🔷 Constraint: Each puzzle must be solved using only classical computing in under 2 hours If you’re curious, skeptical, or just love a good puzzle, we’d love to see you take a shot. Link to the Quantum Advantage Challenge is in the comments!

Awesome to see our recent paper from the @BlueQubitIO team on heuristic quantum advantage with peaked circuits highlighted by Scott Aaronson 🚀, alongside @GoogleQuantumAI's OTOC work and @QuantinuumQC's Helios announcement. arXiv: 2510.25838 Post: scottaaronson.blog/?p=9325 Quantum is entering a beyond-classical era where smart algorithms can be tested and explored. The next few years are going to be a lot of fun for quantum. ⚛️
