There are specific rules for the CTO process:
If the bot sends an alert for a community vote, the token must achieve at least a 70% approval rate in the voting pool before liquidity can be added.
Additionally, if the token price increases by 10% or single wallet buy between the initial alert and the conclusion of the voting period, the CTO process will be automatically cancelled.
