Relieved and not surprised the Cicerone investigation showed the 2013 incident was isolated. Chicago beer industry is a small community and that employee was seen as a good person. I’m saddened to hear they’re leaving.

Just had the single (non-utility) worst customer experience of my life with @wearejoybird - who recently changed their policies to officially forbid SELLING me a replacement for a torn cushion because I wasn’t original owner. Now I have a useless sofa that I paid a lot for. 😡

$2,000 sofa - and @wearejoybird no longer allows me to purchase (not looking for free) a new cushion or recommend a third party for repairs because I’m not the first owner.
