I don't care for football so I've never experienced the joy of winning a 'six-pointer'. But I did just find a lost sock, and now I totally get it. I scored 1 sock, but it feels like I've won 2. Phew, that's enough excitement for one day.

To disagree makes sure we are examining multiple angles and sides. To commit is to understand that at a certain point, further disagreement is counterproductive.

For about 10 years I've waited for my systems/infrastructure colleagues to evangelise PowerShell to me. Gave up waiting. They've missed a trick. Currently loving it - especially now it's cross-platform :)

I wear glasses again now. But only a slight correction. And I can get by without them for many things. Laser correction is not a permanent fix but it is a good reset.
