I had ordered food through @Swiggy past two times. But I got different food except what I ordered. Both times I had ordered mutton Biryani and mutton thali but received chicken items. In the request of a solution through @SwiggyCares I was told to rate the restaurant negatively.

So @SwiggyCares @Swiggy lack authority over the restaurants ? I have no intention to receive a few bucks of refund. But there is big question of trust issues with @Swiggy platform. Imagine if every restaurant follow the same technique and sent lower value orders.

Then where is the customers right if @SwiggyCares itself shows negligence on customer satisfaction. Order No-198269264321372 and 195249496664037. @rohitisb @harshamjty . I have all the pictures of food that were delivered. Need solution and clarification not assurances.

@MiIndiaSupport @IndiaPOCO @Himanshu_POCO Yesterday I visited MI Service Centre due to technical problem of my POCO X3 Pro. Service team suggested to replace the motherboard which is not available due to shortage of supply from POCO.

They have already closed the job order and if I am not willing to take POCO X4 Pro in Exchange of POCO X3 Pro then I will not get anything. And POCO India Service is continuously telling me to wait for 8-10 days until "Inventory" arrives in DM.

I want to know what is POCO service doing to resolve my issue and what will happen when Inventory arrives ? And what device will I get as a replacement? There is no transparency in POCO Customer Service.

I had some sudden emergency at home but I was unable to attend and was forced to stay in the station till next morning. It is observed that the train consistently arrives late and causes trouble to innumerable numbers of passengers.

@jiocare @realiancejio T&C should be clear. Jio should take proper responsibility in terms of customer's satisfaction and policy should be transparent . Take responsibility and solve the problem ASAP.
