If you take your child to Children's Hospital in Pittsburgh today be prepared to wait up to 12 hours. The RSV virus is packing the ER. Docs say every child is immediately evaluated to see if anyone has critical needs for immediate care but others have to wait a long time.

I forgot, that in my hometown, when you go to the grocery store an employee loads your cart, follows you to your car, helps you unload AND THEN...takes the cart back inside. As an adult I forgot how amazing that is #smalltowncharm #eightonefour
