Today is the extended deadline for Local Law 87 for the 2025 filing year.
For covered buildings with tax block numbers ending in 5, the EER is due today, March 31, 2026. This extension applies to the 2025 filing year only.

NYC sidewalk shed renewals are facing tighter DOB rules. The proposed changes point to more scrutiny around renewals, documentation, and progress on the underlying work. If your building has an active shed, now is a good time to review status, timelines, and supporting records.
