Tecnically he did not, he might have been vocal about it. Thabo Mbeki was removed by the collective of the ANC and Julius was just used as a noise maker. It’s an adjective from Setswana, Sepedi and Sesotho. We use it during speech where Zulu people use “futhi”. But it does not mean “again”. We use it to add to the point we are making the same way you can use “futhi”, uyavilapha futhi uyadelela. That’s where we use “ebile”.
