Chin Kuki Militants under SOO have been widely involved in the Manipur crisis and investigation including b,y the NIA is ongoing. In the middle of this, instead of taking action as laid down by their own rules, signing the deal (contrary to the popular Government earlier decisions) on the pretext that MHA is reducing the number of camps is a lame excuse and eyewash to go ahead with the SoO camp.
