Together, we can change the narrative. 💛

Our roots are a powerful source of strength. But it also takes strength to reach out for support.
Whatever journey you’re on - we're here for you.
#OurStoriesMatter
As we come to the end of #LocalMindWeek we would like to say a huge Thank You to everyone who helps us to be #YourLocalMind including all our local partners and supporters.
Special thanks go to all the local Minds who we are so proud to work with under the Mind umbrella.
#LocalMindWeek is a good time to remind everyone we’re an independent charity and we raise our own funds.
Every penny raised locally, is spent locally.
There’s so much more we can do. You can help us do more by fundraising for us or making a donation: tinyurl.com/yv43z2hj
We’re always looking for new volunteers to help run groups, represent our charity at events or to support our admin functions.
So why not get involved? Volunteering for us can help us support more people locally.
