🚨❌ URGENT: Urge Congressmembers to vote NO on granting LEGAL IMMUNITY FOR PESTICIDE COMPANIES!
Congress is considering federal legislation (Federal House Interior Appropriations bill) that would grant pesticide companies legal immunity, just as vaccine manufacturers have.
Section 453 of the bill SNEAKILY includes Total Pesticide Immunity language; eliminating the ability for the @EPA to hold companies accountable.
🚨📣 TAKE ACTION NOW: Contact the Congressmembers below telling them you are AGAINST the Federal House Interior Appropriations bill.
Vote is TOMORROW (Tues. 7/15) at 10am ET.

Arizona State Senator Carine Werner (R-LD4), Chairwoman of the Senate Health & Human Services Committee, will lead a special hearing on August 18, 2025, to address Medicaid fraud in Arizona’s AHCCCS system. The session will investigate fraudulent claims, including over $650 million linked to “sober living homes,” and explore reforms to enhance oversight.

The Body of precinct Committeemen and Women of Legislative District 3 Republican Party voted unanimously to issue a resolution in support of the Trump Administration for the following actions:
1. Suing a compilation of Maryland Judges that not only violated Maryland law in rubber stamping motions by clerks and also violated the Constitutional powers under Article 3 by ordering the cessation of deportation of criminal illegal aliens.
2. Suing California election officials that violated not only the federal law HAVA of 2002 but also the NVRA laws of 1993 by failing to produce documents subpoenaed that identified illegal aliens were illegally registered for 2020 election, that the officials sent unrequested mail in ballots to illegal aliens and allowed them to vote illegally in the federal election.
