Are you sacrificing your operations causing so many cancellations at the last minute due to poor maintenance or are you sacrificing your customer promise? I can’t see what other explanation there is

@qantas when you cancel a flight melb to Sydney with 20 minutes notice, bump by an hour causing me to miss a meeting, advise me via a text and tell me it’s a “broken plane” you demonstrate that you are losing your customer focus - especially when it’s such a common occurrence

Really @Qantas cancelling a flight Melb. To Sydney 20 min before boarding... and putting me on another one an hour later. Not sure how you call yourselves an airline for business travellers.
