not only are you repeating the old story, you're reinforcing your identity as not having your desires yet, that nothing has changed yet. so stop complaining and instead choose to repeat your affirmations instead!

a healthy rls would never involve you being mistreated by your partner so stop giving them energy if they're not showing up right. persist and they will conform.
