Today, the Voice team pays tribute to a very special man - Mr. Lessept Saunders - a Windrush pioneer who passed away recently at 107 years old. 🙏🏾 He was the oldest member of the @hackneycaribbeanelders and well loved figure in the wider community. Mr Saunders was born on 24 January 1919 in St Mary, Jamaica, shortly after the First World War.
