IMO this is emblematic of PM powercreep getting out of hand bc every other ID release is a top 10 ID. Maost was an outlier by season 7 standards; season 8, we have a half a dozen IDs in Maostโs range and weโre not even done yet.
Does this concern anyone else? Or is it just me?
Is it just me or is nobody talking about how Aeng Du Ishmael is unironically one of the strongest IDs in the game?
Not even an exaggeration btw, Iโm talking โstronger than Rien Sangโ levels here. Second best poise ID this season for sure.

i liked the intervallo a lot. idk if it's my favorite but it's up there. not sure i'm the biggest fan of the dynamic between kim and aeng-du though but we'll see

characters w deep rooted (survivor's) guilt (hi ys and hl!) are my weak spot for personal reasons so i really like the approach they took w kim when it'd have been easy to just copy and paste hohenheim's outwardly stoic persona
