On World Caring Day we recognize the power of compassion, kindness, and support in strengthening our communities.
Whether you're caring for a family member, supporting a friend through a difficult time, or simply checking in on someone you care about, your actions matter.
Blue Jean Jacket Day is a national day of awareness for Missing, Murdered, and Exploited Indigenous Men and Boys (MMEIMB).
This day calls attention to the disproportionate violence experienced by Indigenous men and boys in Canada and honours those who have been lost.
💡 Did you know we offer a free Family Court Support Program?

Today, our team is wearing blue jean jackets for Blue Jean Jacket Day.
Observed annually on June 6, Blue Jean Jacket Day is a national day of awareness dedicated to Missing, Murdered, and Exploited Indigenous Men and Boys (MMIEIMB).
June is National Indigenous History Month, a time to recognize and celebrate the rich histories, cultures, and contributions of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples.
It's also an opportunity to learn, reflect, and support truth and reconciliation.
We are introducing phased fee adjustments to help sustain high-quality, accessible counselling services in response to rising operational costs.
Thank you for your continued trust.
Your support helps ensure counselling remains accessible across our community.
Happy Pride Month! 🌈✨
🏳️🌈June is a time to celebrate love, identity, community, and the vibrant diversity of 2SLGBTQI communities.
Pride also reminds us of the ongoing work toward equality, inclusion, and a world where everyone feels safe, valued, celebrated. ✨

🗣️ Name it.
When you witness IPV or harmful behaviours, call it out safely.
Naming the problem is the first step toward change.
