Terrible experience with @JohnLewisRetail today! Fridge freezer bought from them died yesterday. 1 hour trying to get hold of customer care, palmed off and no call back as promised. Milk now in cool bag in the garden as coldest place! #dreadfulcustomercare @johnlewishelp #rubbish
