.@Delta How can I get through to a person without waiting on hold for 4 hours? Your hold time estimates are way off and your website won't let me use my credits, and I can't afford to sit on hold all day!

.@LGUS My oven broke so I ordered a new one from you that was supposed to arrive 2/19 but you still haven't sent it to the carrier yet. Was told you currently have it in your warehouse but can't ship it for 1.5 weeks. Help! I need to eat!

@Delta your phone line keeps saying to call back in an hour but every time I do, I get the same message where I just get hung up on. I'm trying to cancel my flight for TOMORROW. Your website DOESN'T WORK, and I no longer even have the option to wait on hold for 6 hours :(
