Flashback: Sky Sports Rugby Club analyses London Welsh's first Premiership win of the 2012/13 season.
On a low budget with a rag tag squad in a league biased against them they won 5 games that season and 7 losing bonus pts. They didn't stay up but it was a great underdog effort.

From 3.00 pm today until midnight on Monday I will be joining the boycott of social media alongside various sporting organisations, Sports Chaplaincy UK and Northamptonshire County Cricket Club. The purpose of this boycott is to call for more action against online hate and abuse.
