I refuse to spend time pursuing originality in ministry. Give me something to build His kingdom,reach the lost, and teach and make disciples. Time is too short to get stymied in the pitiful pursuit of originality.... this harvest can't wait.

I am troubled when I see/hear preachers, that expound on truths that they do not partake of themselves. If the subject is forgiveness, start with forgiving .... before you tell us how we should forgive.

When a ship's propeller digs deep in the water it meets resistance by the depth. In shallow waters there's less resistance and movement is substituted for motion. Digging deep encounters resistance, but the reward is vigorous forward motion.

Romans12:15 tells us to"rejoice with those that rejoice and weep with those who weep". It seems some find it easier to weep with others than to rejoice with others....true Christians do both.

It's alarming when you see the ignoring of God's word by Christians. What ever happened to obeying I Thessalonians 4:11 "study to be quiet and do your own business ". This applies to ministers who feel they are "master pastors " with all the answers.

The phone that seems to make life easier is also a peace pirate . We pick up the phone in the morning and what we see will affect how we will feel. Instead of looking to Facebook , why not access His book.
