Paris 2025 Day 1: 32C, 10 miles of walking (including up and down the Effiel Tower) and alot of "Oh, I wanted to see that". And food, because it's France

So I went to a thing tonight, it pushed me out of my comfort zone and I feel.... Meh?
Now is not the time for deep analysis though. Or any analysis really.
Lets be frank, I have had easier first weeks back at work. And that's before trying to fix the washing machine.
Time to remind myself that I work to live, not the other way about (despite me really liking my job at this point)
So I just used ChatGPT to review the SMART reports for my NAS hard drives and tell me in order if I was to replace them, which one.
I am hoping it is correct - as if it is, I am impressed.
If not - then there is a chance I will need my backups....
Well I just realised the John Lewis Christmas Ad has been going since 2007, so technically it's old enough to drink now (legally).
(Although, some may argue it was a couple of years before they produced their "first" ad)
There are times where I need to push the emotional side of my brain aside (and cause me to have a mental downward spiral) and let the "logical side" deal with it and ensure it's all smiles.
As it appears that time is now.
And I'm in a better place, but yikes it's hard.
And now I'm looking for my Mental Health folder and trying to remember where I put my copy of "Why Has Nobody Told Me This Before?" - as I have a feeling the spiral may occur regardless...
Spent a day at the Deutsches Museum and it possibly hands down the best museum I've been to. I spent a total of 5 hours there and I could have probably spent more. Very hands on but also very varied (so just science but the implementation of it).

My initial thoughts on this: Good to see, but:
- Either people will set them off regardless (so similar to what happens today)
- Or they will move to different areas (in the Southside)
- And yet there is still no organised Fireworks display in Glasgow

Day 2 in Munich - from a Segway Tour around the city, to a Bike ride in The English Garden, all while seeing buildings restored after being bombed, to the surfers, a Sunday afternoon in the park - all before the thunder and lightning arrived.

I'm trying to remember back to the last Closing ceremony when pretty much the entire Artistic presentation of the next host city was done remotely.
I remember it for Gold Cost 2018 > Birmingham 2022, but that was Commonwealth Games
So in about 90 seconds:
- BBC declared that Labour won the election mathematically
- Starmer starts his speech
- And NE Somerset (Rees-Mogg's seat) was declared to be a Labour gain
Election night moves fast
