Wow, what an article. I had no idea of this. As a small restaurant owner who wants to expand, this is NOT how I would imagine expanding. How does one sleep at night and live with these decisions. Great article brother ππ½

Cabbage, peppers, shallots, cashews, hemp seeds, ribboned carrots, herbs from our rooftop garden, all tossed in a simple soya-vinegar-sesame oil-garlic-chilli-honey dressing. All organic, all just perfect!
