Question for someone. How does an appeal and a reconsideration get denied by someone who has absolutely no clue the condition of the patient? Letters from the surgeon and the rehab facility both recommended a longer stay. Mom can’t currently walk.

This is absolute BS! 84 year old woman had to leave the facility too early and now having to be wheeled to the bathroom in a wheelchair
