We reported immediately to both banks, visited an OPay office, and filed a police report.
Today, Kuda replied with the attached mail.
We are still waiting for meaningful action.

A few minutes later, a ₦673,000 loan was taken from another OPay account and sent to the same Kuda account.
The customer did not authorize any of these transactions and is now being forced to repay a loan he never took. The balance (with interest) is 1.3Million naira.
