Sarcoidosis. Granulomas peppered everywhere. Severe right upper quadrant pain - attacks last about 15-30 mins. Sweats/intense can’t-breathe pain. Gallbladder removed 2016 due to granulomas. Scopes/endoscopies clean. Pain persists. Help. #MedTwitter #askadoc

I like how my Apple Watch believes I can still close my ring with a “brisk 20 minute walk” at 10:48pm. Why not, just a thought here, have a ring dedicated to eating nachos? That I could do.
