Route 512 is back on regular routing as of this morning!
🚨 Rider Alert: Due to downed trees and power lines, Route 512 Sudden Valley is turning around at Geneva St.
The Sudden Valley portion of the route is closed until further notice. Please check BusTracker for updates when the route reopens.

Portions of Lake Whatcom Boulevard may remain closed for several days while crews work to remove downed trees and powerlines. It's currently impassible between Camp Firwood and 1670 Lk Whatcom Blvd.

Morning, besties.
We've got a lot of folks without power this morning. Crews are out working on clearing downed trees and repairing downed powerlines.
Stay far away from downed powerline, always assume they are live & call 911
Be patient & give crews room to work

Do not touch anything or anyone in contact with a fallen power line or other equipment. If a downed power line touches your card, stay inside. Honk your horn, roll down your wind and call for help or call 911. Wait for fire department or utility workers to tell you it's safe to exit. If you must leave due to fire risk: remove loose clothing, jump clear of the vehicle so you're not touching the vehicle when you land; shuffle away without picking up your feet.
