lmao all of our designers got one of their apple displays replaced by the cheapest one from amazon in pursuit of higher contrast

🙋🏻‍♂️ Never manually enforcing component reuse again. Spectacular stuff from @jack_pertschuk, @aye_aye_kaplan, @mayaqgao, and team!

At the end of each quarter, @NotionHQ designers lift cars. DM open if you are a designer who can code and lift cars.

New for mobile: jump back in to recents! Everything syncs — so you can seamlessly move from 💻 → 📱 on the go.

ALT This GIF shows the new “jump back in” feature on Notion’s mobile app. The user scrolls through 8 different recent pages and opens the “Homepage.” A pan over to the Notion desktop app shows the same page. When the user navigates to a different “To-Do List” page and makes edits in the desktop app, this is reflected on the mobile app in a seamless transition.

Outstanding effort from the team to make this happen. Really excited for what this unlocks toward making our mobile experiences feel native, fluid, and weightless. 🪶

Your mobile app just got a (well-deserved 😅) upgrade. It’s now: - faster — 2× on iOS, 3× on Android - redesigned using native components - easier to navigate, with a new home tab And we’re just getting started!

ALT This GIF shows a side-by-side of two mobile devices set against a blue background. Text designates the left as "Before" and the right as "Now." Both devices open the Notion mobile app and navigate to the Marketing home page. This takes the left device ~5 seconds, and the right device ~2 seconds.
