A similar experience is happening right now at Mumbai airport with SG 8702.
10 am flight delayed by 3 hours. The staff has arrived at 1.20 PM for the flight that was supposed to take off @ 1.20 PM. No help from ground staff. No refreshments. Pathetic service by @flyspicejet
